do you know when your medical and eligibility updated ? Did you apply for May intake ?

I applied on 13th December, only medical updated on 3rd jan. Nothing after that. I am too much worried now.

Use the details from your barcode form. Copy and paste what you have written in that form. As per my knowledge Last name is mandatory when you apply for immigration to canada. For example your given name is printed as xxxx yyyy. Then you might hv added yyyy as last name.
