My wife and I purchased our home in Toronto almost exactly five years ago.

My wife and four-year-old daughter (both Canadian) are now living there permanently while my application is being processed (sponsorship has been approved).

Both our names are on the titles of the house.

Could this be considered positive evidence of a 'real' marriage (which it is) to the powers that be?

Yes, for sure.

Since your application is already in, just have those papers handy if they request more information or an interview.

Yes, absolutely.

I would have sent that as evidence with your application, but as AMB said, just keep it with you and bring it in in case you do have an interview.

Thanks for the responses.

We actually did include 'evidence' of joint home ownership with our application.

So here's hoping...
