is it a good indication if my application took longer in second attempt??

hi my friends,
the first time I applied it took exactly 16 days to collect my passport and it was refused!
in my second attempt, tomorrow it will be the 21st day
is that a good indication or its just my imagination

We dont have an answer after 105 days also (after 15 weeks) .........how can we talk about 21 days ( 3 weeks ) processing time.

Yes, good indication, if they have to refuse then they don't have any thing to process and they return your application fast.
