Point Number 6 mentions If your representative is UNPAID or PAID, so you would put a tick mark on “PAID” “Canadian Territorial Law Society”. You can get the remaining information such as Mailing Address, Zip Code on the website i.e www.canadashores.ca . Leave Point Number 8 blank as I will sign on that and also leave Point Number 9 as blank.
