Is it a concern if eligibility is passed without any notes from VO

My gcms notes showed Eligibility as Passed, but in the notes section I only see one note as follows

Basically the VO didnt input any text in the notes. Also from the notes I saw they took 7 days between Eligibility at "Review Required" to "Passed", which feels too fast,

Hello guys I dont know whether I am at the right place to ask the doubts I had I think there was a conversation about eligibility as REVIEW REQUIRED.. But please reply me if u have answer for this I applied for caips/ GCMS notes and founf that my eligibility was REview REquired. So, Is there anything to be worried about will I get refusal ?
2) how long can it take from RR to passed.
