Is it advisable to withdraw and create a new profile for meeting the Ontario PNP 1st june criteria?

No....would doing so, increase your score? It wouldn't.

Just validate the information you have already updated.

but the OO PNP website mentions they are considering only those profiles created after 1st June 2015

Oh Yeh. Overlooked that point...sorry about that....might be you can ask OOPNP about it.

People have already started doing that successfully. I see no harm (and a lot of benefit) in doing this if you score above 400. All the best!
