Is IRCC Call Centre taking calls? Anyone manage to get through lately?

Just wondering if anyone has managed to get through to an agent on the phone lately? Every time I go through the long process of choosing options it hangs up on me. Wondering if they are even taking calls.

Yes I go through two days ago.i waited 35 mins...press 2 then 1 then 1 then 0 for someone to talk too.But if your file has been transferred to the other process centre it’s not in their hands and now it’s the office and the officer to complete the file.Mine is in Amman and next mont I will be 12 months and my spouse still got no medicals and only police report again and biometrics

Well, it's good to know they are still accepting calls. Sorry that you've been waiting so long. We're at the 6 month mark with no progress either.

It's very difficult to get through due to reduced staff at the call centre.
