Is IQAS good for FSWP?

Hello,

Hope Everyone will be doing great!

I am planning to migrate to Canada under Federal Skilled Worker Program.

I have ready WES is one of the best to go with for Docs evaluation but unfortunately WES does not show my university (which is Himalayan University - India) in there list..

Kindly advice If I go with IQAS, Would my educational docs be considered/accepted by Canada Visa under "Federal Skilled Worker Program" or WES is the only option for FSWP !

I am in Alberta so I used IQAS for me and one of my friend used same and got PR now but IQAS took longer time to provide results. It took approx 3 months for me.

Would appreciate if you can share your knowledge on Graduate or Post graduate course done on off-campus or as private study.

I mean would IQAS or ECA would give sufficient points which can qualify for me to file my Canada PR?

Is there any criteria/rule set by EE which says only Regular student would be able to apply PR under FSWP (Federal Skilled Worker Program).

In my situation both my wife and I got our report within 10 days as mentioned in their website by FedEx.

As far as I know IQAS does not distinguish between regular and distance learning programs. As long as the degree is conferred by a recognized/accredited institution one can claim points.

So does this depend on destination or we are free to choose any one out of 5-6 education evaluation orgs?
Is WES is for certain destinations in Canada?
From where I can get the list of universities recognized by IQAS?

One can choose any agency listed in CIC website for ECA towards immigration. IQAS does not have a list of recognized universities like WES.
