Over the past week I've seen an increase amount of interview emails for CEC inlands applicants. I am one of those, has anyone else attended or will attend an interview?

Which documents are they requiring for you?

Who attended could tell how it went?

In my case they are asking for:
- Passport
- Two photographs
- Current and expired Canadian permits
- RPRF receipt

I am attending at 1148 Hornby Street, Vancouver.

Did you just get the email and they booked your interview in person or did they send you an email, set up a phone interview and then the in person interview?

I got an email with a pdf file attached with the day and hour of my interview.

I see. Oh well, good luck and all the best! Let us know here after how the interview went.

Landing interview next week.Told me to bring passport, pr photos and sin number, rrpf fee receipt

Just landed at the Etobicoke office. After they called my number (despite having a time set to be there, they give you a number upon arrival), it took me 15 min to complete the landing and get a new SIN.

3 questions asked:

- Are you married and have any children?

- Have you ever been convicted of any offense in Canada or any other country?

- Have you ever been deported from any country?

After answering these questions I received the CoPR and heard the sweetest statement I've heard in a long time:

Congratulations, you're now a Permanent Resident of Canada!

Waited for my token number to come and once they called my number it took only 10 minutes. Asked me couple of questions and asked me to sign the papers. Finally she said congratulations you are now a permanent resident of canada. Went to other counter and got my permanent SIN number.
