I know he is not using me like all you may think.
he wants me to move to mexico and not bother wasting my money but I want to try at least. so im going to try. and im going to stay positive

It will take some time to get all the affairs in order (even ordering the FBI and Mexican PCC), in the meantime it would be a good idea you go there for a little bit 3-6 months, by doing this you will only strenghten your case with CIC to prove this is a genuine relationship. Once you are back if you still feel ok about everything you can apply with out any delay.

I actually was there for 5 weeks just returned last Sunday.
and before that I was there in july for couple weeks. and will be going back again in march. he has reasons for going to usa.his brother was very ill and dying so he wasnt just going for shits and giggles.

anyways it seems that some people just want to argue with me about the authenticity of my relationship. and to you I say...if you dont have anything nice to say dont say nothing at all.
I will remain positive and we will be together here...in canada .

and I want to thank the people who gave me great advice. god bless you and I hope all your matters work out quickly and easily

the thing is, you don't have to convince us "forum members" but you do have to convince CIC. My advice was merely trying to do something to make your case stronger while you wait for the DUI to be dealt with. But to each their own. Wishing you the best, and please before you entrust your future with any lawyer, do a lot of research on them. Make sure they are taking cases and give back quality of work, and are not operating an immigration "mill".
