Is Holidays affect canada visa process?

Actually i m confused that is holidays gonna affect canada visa file procedures. I mean to say my biometric completed now all i have wait is PPR ..is there any delay im PPR or Final decision due to holidays ..or not..?

Considering the holidays which or 26-27Dec and 1jan(it can/may be different) doesn't seem like itd make much difference, but looking at previous uncertainties everyone is looking forward to these holidays, so it’ll effect the time of processing and maybe IT IS the reason ppr’s are getting delayed.
