Hi All,

My profile is as below:

X - 86%
XII - 92%
BE (E&C) - 76%
Work Exp - 7 years

Wanted to understand which universities I can try for without GRE, I am planning for Fall 2014 and left with 3 months for application deadlines, I can not complete GRE in this duration.

I am looking for universities in or near Toronto, first priority I am considering is UOT, but they need GRE, how about McMaster and UOIT, please suggest.

No, You don't require GRE for Majority of Masters program in Canadian Universities .
You can try for Univ. Of British Columbia ( Very good university ) in British Columbia
But if you just wanna stay in Toronto/ontario area only then you can surely try for queens university, mcmaster university etc. etc.

the best way to find whether GRE is required or Not is to look into Minimum Eligibility Criteria for admission and also in FAQs cause many universities mentions about GRE requirement in FAQs.
Good luck

Thanks a lot !, it was great help.

I have looked at Mcmaster and OIT, they dont need GRE and for York its recommended but for Phd they have mentioned as strongly recommended.

And just met one consultant today, and they are anticipating that having 7 years of work experience will be bit problem for visa, is that true?

First, Don't believe what consultants say !! They are there to run business and not to help people. Find the required information by yourself. I don't think having 7 years of work experience would cause any trouble in getting a Visa. But its just an opinion.
But if you really want to check your visa chances than consult a ICCRC Certified Consultant. They are certified Visa consultant and can advice you on your case. But then also, nobody can confirm whether you would get a visa or not.
Hope this helps.
