Yes, they do.

Got rejected under SPP and re-applied under General Category - Didn't submit Loan/ITR/Form 16
Submitted the same documents, which i have submitted under SPP.

Applied on 15th August (Holiday) through online, 16&17 were holidays.
18 August - Medical (Passed)
19 August - Original Passport Request
20 August - Submitted Passport
21 August - Reached Delhi
22 August - Approved (Online Status)
22 August - Received POE

Yet to receive my passport!

Yes, they do.

mine was also rejected under spp... and m thinking of re applying...

did u apply urself ?? did u have to submit medicals again ?? i don't think we get any report of our previous medical which was submitted with spp application.

Yes, my self through Online - Created a account and upload doc's - if you have any doubts let me know
