Is FSWP a joke?!

Hello everyone,

I'm currently in the process of applying for FSW program, but the more I read about it the more I think Immigration through this program is not for skilled immigrants but for those non-Canadians already livinh in Canada, already having a job.

We are a married couple, both dentists with BDS. With our IELTS test we would score around 360 CRS. But the draws has never gone below 450.

As far as I know this program is supposed to bring skilled immigrants to the country. But this way without either a Job offer, PNP or Canadian work experience one can never reach up to that point to be selected for ITA. Especially for an International dentist, since we have to go back to school in Canada to get a license to practice. So we can't get job offers without license.

Please share you thoughts with me as I'm really new with this I hope I'm wrong somewhere.
If any International dentists have applied before I really appreciate you let us know about your experiences with the program.

Everyday, people are getting Invitation To Apply - ITA so you need to understand that skilled people are getting in. It's left to you to improve your scores and also go to the right section of this forum for better guidance.
