There are rumours that since Canada missed a CEC draw on 2 sept we are going to have a surprise draw? are these true? What are the chances this big surprise is going to FSW? Should i get my hopes up

As you said they are rumours. These rumours are spread by immigration consultants, applicants in the pool, applicants with AOR's, attorneys, journalists, IRCC agents, Marco Medicnino, Justin Trudeau and even I spread a couple of rumours. IRCC has zero shame and their agents are the most incompetent workers that you will ever see. Don't ever keep your hopes high or low. Just continue doing what you are doing in life. Things will happen when you least expect them.
What is your NOC? Would suggest looking into PNP or if you work for an employer with a Canadian office I would look to see if you qualify for ICT.
I am a dentist...3113.....once i come there i have to do a bridging course and then can look for jobs.....it will take around 2 years....so getting a job offer is not possible and most PNPs also dont have this noc in demand... If U do Know a PNP which invites dentist please let me know
