Is food service supervisor legible for FSW application?

Just want to clarify this issue. Because in the NOC Matrix, Food service supervisor is included as skill level B. Am i legible to apply as FSW?
I am planning to apply for FSW as soon as i got clarification. Any ideas and thoughts regarding this matter is very much appreciated. Thank you very much!
