Is Financial Sponsorship by Uncle (Residing in Canada) acceptable?

Okay i'll try. Both these universities have mentioned Ielts 7. But also provided the option of English proficiency from university (English as language of instruction in bachelors). Should I process my application without ielts (with english proficiency only).?

I'm appearing in Ielts Academic on 16th April. But then i won't have much time for applications. So should I proceed with ESL. I already have Ielts General 6.5 band.
