Is Financial Sponsorship by Uncle (Residing in Canada) acceptable?

Kindly let me know if my uncle(residing in Canada) can show financial support for my studies (Including fee and expenses). I would like to mention that he is Canadian Citizen and has his own business (Sound financial position).

Looking forward for some guidance please.

he can sponsor you but your visa depends upon your profile e.g., your education history, proposed studies, ielts, travel history etc,,, you need to show strong family ties with your home country,,, if your profile is weak then visa officer may reject your application. it seems you have a relative there and you will not come back to your home country. so give SOP with explanation that why you are going canada and will come back after studies

I have BBA (Hons) with specialization in Human Resource Management. I'm looking forward for Masters in Management with specialization in Human Resource Management. I have 3 years of work experience. Currently, i'm working in United Bank Limited. I can provided the following bonds

1: A recommendation letter from UBL declaring that I will be re considered again in UBL based on my further studies.
2: I'm working as a partner in an organization that works for a social cause (Freelancing awareness for unemployed people).

will these work to show strong ties with coming back?

you should read your case as a visa officer,,, and your goal is to give visa to those who meets visa criteria and is best for their country,,,, they know every person apply for canada wants a good job and permanent residency there,,,, so they take only potential students,,,, now review your case,,, in my opinion:
1, recommendation letter is from company not from you,,, how can you assure that you wants the same thing which your company wants?

get admission in good reputation university in masters with minimum 7 bands in ielts, pay your first year's fees and try to show more than $10,000 funds available in your name,,,, if you can show any business or partnership with any one,,, a strong SOP(statement of purpose), a recommendation letter from job(you already have) which may also help you in the response of one refusal point i.e., " You will not leave Canada after your studies because employment situation is not good in your home country ",,,,

paying of tution fees and and available funds are fine,,,,yes you can show your father's business,,, i didn't understand your second point,,, if you are working with someone as a partner, so what?

yes you can show but do not emphasis that you will leave afetr studies it will give a negative impact,,, try to make strong study profile,,,,i.e., your previous education history, grades, ielts, proposed studies, funds etc

I'll proceed with Uncle Sponsorship, paying fee and showing $15,000 in my name. I'll most probably go for Jan session and Sept session is too close and I feel I can't make it.

Okay i'll try. Both these universities have mentioned Ielts 7. But also provided the option of English proficiency from university (English as language of instruction in bachelors). Should I process my application without ielts (with english proficiency only).?
