You seriously can't be asking a question like this if you're considering studies in Canada !!!

SPP is a Federal Government run program for student coming for studies from India whereas a refund policy is subject matter of College and not government.

For information regarding fee refund, check the concerned college's or University's website.

thanks for tehe answer buddy, but dont jump the guns so early.

I know thats wierd to ask on this forum, but I have some very perosnal reasons for which I might not choose to go to canada. I have already paid the fees thus, i wanted to know if its possible. But thanks for your answer, I know where I need to find out now.
