I strongly feel that you would definitely get the ITA in next draw. No need to waste money on PNP.

Wait for just 15 days and you will be in.

S/he won't have. Nobody knows when is the next draw (except if you work for CIC Express entry team) until it's been done.

The cutoff for the last draw was 453 so you're very close. I think most people on this forum would agree that we'll have at least one draw in April so you might as well just wait for a couple of weeks. Why is your lawyer insisting on PNP?

What province PNP are u applying for? I thought in most provinces a job offer with LMIA is mandatory for PNP.
On the other hand, it doesn't cost you anything to create your Express Entry profile as long as you're eligible under one of the economic programs. You might get ITA even sooner than with PNP. Just my two cents.

True katja2684. I think PNP is a lot more tiring and cubersome job. Rather wait for the draw with this good score of 440. Most probably, based on trend of EE draw it would occur on 17 th of April.
