Hi seniors,
The recommendations for reference letters say that whoever is writing the reference letter (supervisor, HR person, etc.) must include their business card with the letter? Is this really necessary? Have any folks here gotten PR approved without business cards of reference letter writers?
Thanks

My PR was approved without a business card. Frankly, business cards are becoming things of the past.

Mine was approved without it

Mine approved even without being on letterhead. Just written plain paper by previous supervisor with notary + his id card scan.

Thanks mgnlky and dr. feras that's good to know

Deepcur lol it seems we had opposite situations, i.e. it's pretty easy to convince my supervisor to use company letterhead but asking her to scan her ID or business card seems out of the question

If there is letter head, no need of business card or id card. They are generally back ups when people are not authorized to use official letterheads due to policy. Just go for it then. Make sure it has their official email and phone number.
