Is education requirement compulsory???????????

Hi everyone,
Please kindly advice me regarding this matter, I have 4 years work experience as an early childhood educator. but I don't have a Bachelors degree in education.(which is required education qualification in NOC) I have completed Bachelors degree in International Relations. Can I still apply as an early childhood educator?

The educational requirement mentioned in NOC handbook is not mandatory but more illustrative in nature

You're fine. The crucial point is that your job duties in your reference letter match the NOC.

Why not read the Guide and calculate whether you score enough points and meet all the minimum requirements? Nobody but you can know if you should apply.

Thank you. I went through the web site. The only doubt I had was weather I need same education qualification as in NOC. it was not very clear to me. Thank you again for all your replies.
