My case is that I have a Master's degree and a bachelor's degree.

question 1:
In order to apply for FSW do I need to assess both degree? or I only need to assess the highest one(in my case ,it is the master's degree) to get the education points.

question 2:
Are documents related to my bachelor's degree needed for the assessment of my master's degree?

question 3:
If the answer to question 2 is YES. Then, is it considered a single assessment case for my master's degree and documents from Bachelor degree study are just supportive documents. Or it is actually considered two separate assessment cases, one for master's degree and another for bachelor's degree.

Thanks!

1.you need to assess only Masters degree, in order to get maximum points under education.
2. about required document, you should check with the organization through which you want your credentials to be assessed, they will let you know about all required documents. The list of organization is available on cic website.

Hi Rimmi,

I am having the same case where I have MS and BS degrees as well. You response will greatly reduce my efforts as I have a BS Degree from Pakistan while I am living abroad.

Can you give me any reference from CIC website or other source that can support your assertion above.

Thank you both for confirming this. You guys spared me huge effort. :)

Would you also know, if WES accepts electronic receipt of Transcripts from University Directly? My university, Univ. of Illinois allows direct online submission to institutions. But for that I need WES email address. I am trying to reach them but its a long wait over the phone and no one responds.

Thanks again.

As far I know WES does not accept any document through email. I applied last year for ECA. As per the requirements I had to send my degree certificate myself. My university sent the transcript only. In this regard I had to fax my certificate. They did not accept any email attachment.

Thanks Sheikh for your response. Please clarify this as I didn't understand you correctly.

Are you saying that you Faxed your degree COPY to WES while your University sent the transcripts to WES by mail (courier). If yes, can you share the WES fax No. where I can send my DEGREE copy?

If you go to WES website, there is a list of countries and required documents according to those countries. There you can clearly check what you need to send them ad what university need to send them. In most cases all docements including copies of mark sheets & degree;attested by university itself and original transcript are send directly to university by mail. We as an applicant only need to submit list of required documents and form from WES to university and pay the fees online.
hope it helped

Great! 8)

Then along with the Degree Copy, it's enough to mention the Reference Number in FAX COVER PAGE that I got after WES payment. right?
