Is ECAS still working ?

As the subject states, Is ECAS (https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/authenticate.do) still working ?

I am a bit worried because when i entered my details, it says
"We were not able to identify you using the information you provided. There could be three possible reasons:"

But I have received the PPR. Is it same for others ?

Can anyone check and see . I have everything okay in myCiC portal but nothing is there in this ECAS

ECAS does not work for Express Entry. The only way to check the status of your EE application is by using your CIC account.
