Hi Guys,

New to the forum here, I hope you can help me out.
I am from the UK Currently Living and working In Canada and applying under the express entry scheme.
Iam currently working on an LMO Visa, But for another position (Skill C Level, less skilled position, not skilled enough for express entry) at the same company as my New Approved LMIA. (Confusing I Know)

I have an approved LMIA job offer, (skill B Level) and have previous work experience in the LMIA Approved role. So I will be applying under the Canadain Experiance Class (CEC),

So, I submitted my profile to the Express entry Pool Last week, with 885 Point.
Today I was sent an Invitation to apply for PR, Stoked!

I was asked to fill out the remainder of the questions and review all information which I have done. When I was Filling out the Initial express entry profile, I was under the impression that when applying under the CEC, Proof of funds and an ECA were not needed. So when asked the question about how much money I will bring to Canada I stated $12,000. which was the minimum 1 person was advised to bring, thinking that I am going under the CEC and they wont ask for POF In the documents checklist. I also stated in my express entry profile that I have been to university, and completed a two year course, but did not receive high enough mark to pass, and gain the degree. My LMIA position doesn't require education any higher than high school education to be offered the job.

However when I continued onto the next step, the document checklist asks for Proof of Funds (POF) and Educational Credential Assessment (ECA).

Can anyone help me out and give me some advice on the best steps to take.

Thanks In Advance
Paddy

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Change the funds available to Zero and remove your educational credentials from Education history section. Both of those document requirements will disappear.

Congratulations and All the best!

Just a FYI for anyone still applying, whatever you claim on your application, you will be asked to provide proof to the claim. So, just double check what the minimum requirements are for the class you want to received the ITA under and go from there.
