Is early childhood education suitable for boys?

Can boys from medical stream take early childhood education. I heard that boys should not take this course , chances of refusal are more. Is it true?

Men can be ECEs. Most are women. If you are in the medical stream, why ECE. These are low paying jobs in daycares.

True, there are some boys in my ECE class, you can expect like 9:1 ratio when vs girls.
will you consider other major so it would be more associated with your previous education background?
