is Doctor of Medicine degree considered a doctorate in Quebec

Hello ,
I have a Doctor of Medicine degree ,MD .
I would like to ask if it's considered a doctorate degree , or a Bachelor degree in Quebec ?
In other words , Do I get 14 or 10 points for it ?

BTW , WES says that my Canadian equivalent degree is a first professional degree in medicine( Doctor of medicine),

so , in Express Entry , it is the equivalent of a master degree , is this the case also for Quebec ? Or it is considered "doctorate" , or Bachelor ?
