Is diploma in psychology worth doing?

I m an undergraduate student from Chennai, India. I want to do my postgraduation in Canada, especially in the field of psychology. But my counsultant says I can't do master's degree in Canada because I have done only 15 years of education.... I am so worried about this. Is it fine to invest money to do just a diploma in psychology? That too in abroad? Will I be able to do my Master's degree and Ph.d later related to my field of interest? Or will this be a worse idea? Or should I look for some other country like UK or Australia to do my Master's, where it is fine to take postgraduation after a three year undergraduation? I m so confused and worried. I desperately want to do industrial and organisational psychology in Canada. Is it fine to start with a diploma??????

Hope I get answers for these confusing, mind wrecking questions of mine...

Psychology is a tough field to get jobs in. I don't know if your consultant is right. Go look at the university's website to see what the entrance requirements for masters in psychology program and whether you meet them.
