is diploma after b.tech in Canada good option?

I have done Bachelor in mechanical engineering in india recently. I am sound in book knowledge but i don't have experience. Is diploma a good option or it will downgrade my profile. Can i do masters after diploma. And is my bachelor degree valid in canada to get a job basis on b.tech basis

Hi Gurjinder Singh,

Well if you have enough funds available to do masters degree in Canada, you should do master ( keep in mind it will cost you a lot around at least $20000 - $35000 a year). If you don't have funds for master degree, you can do diploma. You'r B.tech wont get you a job here, But it can be helpful later on after you get you education and work experience here.

Don't apply for diploma. Visa rejection is a lot higher if you are applying for diploma after degree. Have a look at some PG Certificate.It would also be better for your future career.

If you already have 2 years experience, don't go for longer course. Find something for 2-3 semesters and try finding a job after that.
