as m w8ing fr my offer letter ........is dere ny disadvantage in filing late for visa........may b in last days i complete my file n submit ..some are saying that visa officer mood is not gud during last days bcoz of over workload..n he simply give refusals...is it so?

That is a whole lot of nonsense that someone has told you. As long as you apply within prescribed timeline, you are fine.
By the way, try and avoid believing every word that others tell you, especially agents, they are the worst and most unqualified people to advise anyone on visas and immigration, just saying it from personal experience. Good Luck.

no it doesnt matter ur applying earlier or late.. u can apply when evr u want... bt make sure its nt too late like jst 1 weeks left for your class starting date..!

Well ... Now a days Canadian High Commission is taking a lot of time in processing application , if you apply for study permit from Pakistan , it would take 3-5 months in process !!
