Is dependent work visa allowed to travel to canada ?

Hi All, my husband is on work permit and is currently working in Canada. I got my dependent open work visa stamped on 22nd Jan 2021 with an expiry date of 18th feb 2021. My question to you all is that, is my category of visa allowed to travel in current scenarios ? Will there be any requirement for IRCC authorization letter?

No a friend travelled but she had a job offer.

Yes, If you have a valid job offer then you don't need an authorization letter to travel.
