Is deadline for most universites over for SEP Intake?

Rahulbaba again. I'm little bit confused. I completed BE mechanical in 2014. I want to apply universities for conditional offer letter as I haven't given Ielts yet. I will be giving it on 12 march.

Many people saying that most universities deadline over for fall 2015.
Evil007 recently suggested concordia university, university of ottawa , winsdor university any other uni i should keep in mind.

OK sir. I have chat with my agent which is taking care of all documentation. He is saying that we can't apply for university without IELTS score. Is it true??

Very very true, you need an English proficiency exam like IELTS for application into any school in Canada. This is one of their requirements.

rahulbaba, well my agent said we can apply with admit card initially but eventually u have to submit ielts score. do one thing e-mail university about this matter. they can give u more clear answer.

I am not demoralizing u bt don't apply for university of ottawa coz u gt 7.48 cgpa which is equivalent to 69.8 % and Uottawa want minimum 72%. So it's better u won't go for ottawa. At least u will save 100CAD application fees.
