Is CSQ a required travel document?

Hi guys. I will be flying to Canada in 2 weeks as a Permanent resident via family class. My port of entry is in Vancouver International Airport and then from there going to Ottawa Macdonald–Cartier International Airport. Do I need to present my CSQ in either of the 2 airports? My husband sent me the CSQ but it is still stuck in Montreal as I am writing this and the estimated delivery date moved a week later after my departure date. And obviously I won't get it on time Thank you to those who will answer

CSQ is a Quebec administrative document not a federal one; neither a travel document. You ONLY need it to receive Quebec public service such as health care card, school, driver license. Since you won't be landing in one of Quebec airport, probably, you won't need it ; but it can be asked.

I already told you that CSQ is an administrative document from Quebec, not federal's one which means not required to travel to Canada.

Cause others were insisting that i will have trouble entering if I dont have it so at least it really came from MIDI. But of course thank you also for sharing.
