Is CPP-O affected by PAFSO strike

My case is still 'in process' status online on CIC website under CPP-O office. My all documents processing have been done including medical only waiting for PPR. I just want to make sure is CPP-O affected by PAFSO strike? There is complete silence. Does anyone know that CPP-O working or not? Thanks!
 
No one is working just silence .......only once or twice medical or PPR are issued in a month by additional staff every month from all overseas offices .........we are really stuck .......for further details you can visit ....

Thanks Ali, how you know they are issuing once or twice medical and PPR in a month? My visa office itself is in Ottawa, Canada (CPP-O) shifted after closing Buffalo NY office last year. As of my understanding is overseas offices are disturbed. What is your visa office and update on your case?
 
Trends show on forum how much visa office are working..........my is LVO ......so im stuck since April 2013 after sending my updated doc. i was expecting medical in July but now September has been passed so very disturbing situation all around
