Basically the college will keep in touch with various employers and post any job openings on the college website / or through other ways. In other words, it will help a student find employment. The college also teaches you other courses, provide advise etc for better performance during co-op. Students can also look for employers themselves but their work should be in accordance with the course they're studying. For all this, college charges $400+ every co-op term.

college wont arrange for coop/internship u have to find the job...that being said.... like sidhu_anwar above has mentioned college will have job board etc where u can search for the job. The basics of coop program is that all the work experience u get doing a coop term will be counted towards ur degree/diploma. What that means is after u finish ur coop term/internship u have to write report on what u did and learnt during ur work experience which is graded and u get credits for it and u dont have to take courses/subjects.

Brother Can you please tell me on what bases these employers hire students ? Like I am having 65% in my class 12 . will there be any issue for this ? Or they simple consider the performance in college >

I don't really know about which province to go. But co-op term fee will be charged by the college for providing you their services. I guess they take in consideration all factors... like your age, academic performance, English and communication skills, or maybe other factors too. They'll do an interview with you before hiring in most cases. So everything is same as finding job on your own but two things:
1- College will assist you in finding job.
2- You will get credit after your co-op term. You need to get satisfactory or above satisfactory remarks from the employer.
