Is CIC had some copies of your document? Answer pls!

I have few questions . Hope someone can help me clarify things.

1. Is the CIC have had copies of my documents, i submitted? What are this?
2. Are they reading all the chat history ?

I'm just wondering and i know i need to used common sense but though, i need clarification.

I don't understand your first question.
They may not read all the chat history you send them, as some people have sent 100s of pages. If they did, processing times would skyrocket. They likely read bits and pieces of the chat history.

A sorry for my first question, i didn't state it clearly. What i mean is that, like for example, if i submitted all the requirements that is require for my application, are the CIC has all the copies of my submitted documents? Or only some of it, that are very important?
