Is CFO sticker needed?

I just want to ask about Cfo sticker in Philipines.
I am permanent residence in canada and planning
To visit in philippines this year, do i need to attend
Any seminar/PDOS in CFO to get CFO stickers?
Do i need to get CFO stickers? Coz others said that
When your leaving in the airport they look for
The CFO stickers. I am kindda confused coz i dont
Want to delay my flight just for this CFO..
