Is business card mandatory?

Can anyone tell me please is it mandatory to submit business cards with the reference letter?? The 60 days letter which I received from CHC, London nowhere it mentioned about business cards. The letter only put emphasis on the reference letter, the detailed job duties on company letterhead. The question is how someone's visa (Amritvirdi) has been refused due to a lack of business cards?

Moreover, if salary is not mentioned on the company letterhead but the payslips will tell how much was the salary. How visa officer refused someone's case (Amritvirdi) because the salary was not mentioned on the letterhead?

I am doubted about this post.

Business card of the person who sign the job duties letter, reference letter is a must, otherwise how the visa officer can make a call to the concerned person.

It is always better to have salary details on the job duties letter.

For instance, Mr. Andy Jones, HR Manager, Precision engineering Ltd, 31, Marsh street, Cardiff, ....phone.... fax... email etc.So CHC ccan contact with the person easily. Obviously, the person who signs his print name is on the letter as well.

Business card is not mandatory as any visa officer who wants to cross check can easily trace the address , telephone nos from the reference letter. Nowadays even website address is there on letter heads so the VO can get more updates abt whatever we have declared.

But what about company letter head? What if our company does not have a company letterhead?

If your company do not have letter heads then prepare a letter head on Micorosoft Word, type the responsibilities and ask the concerned person in your company to stamp and sign on it. Make sure to mention the contact details on this letter incase business card of the signatory is not available.

As may remember there were three reasons, not just one "No business card, no deal".
Evaluation of application is NOT an exact science. Otherwise it could have been done by computer.
Immigration officer take into consideration many factors. In the case of Amritvirdi, I am not sure of course, but it might have been like this:
no letterhead, no business card, no mentioning salary and NOC duties copied from NOC website.
Here they go like this red flag, red flag, red flag and red flag = rejection.
Because if it was:
letterhead, no business card, mentioned salary and NOC duties NOT copied from NOC website = OK

NOpe if no business card but dont cut n paste ur duties from web site. it will work without card but give clear name and contact no of ur experience certificate it will be helpful.

my Experiance letter doesnot mentioned the salary and job dutes but i got Job description on the company paper stamped but not signed but the experiance letter is signed and stamped

I agree with you Mohan Joshi, this is because if there is no other problem with his application then the visa officer would have asked (Amritvirdi) to proof that his work experience is true, by asking him to provide the business card of the person who signed the document, and also his payslips and any other way he wants to proof his experience.

let him give more details about his rejection and we can help give him good suggestion.

In my case the person who signed my recommendation letter had step down from the post of Head of Department two years when i left the institution so i just explained in a cover letter than i can not get his business card, because he has been replaced by a new person he does not know me and i do not know him, that is how i did it.

My salary was not also mention on my recommendation, but i got payslips to show my salary and hours worked and also it is mentioned on my contract.

I hope it will be ok. I am little tensed now, after reading his rejection.

In my visa office they do not update the E.cas, so i called them last month to find out if they had received documents i faxed and they replied and told me yes and that "MADAM YOUR FILE IS BEING PROCESSED."

1) My question is what is the next step my application will move to? I have no idea.

bc is not mandatory but it surely adds up to ur case's authenticity
