Is BOWP done Online or by Mail?

Hi guys,

I applied for a bridging of work permit BWOP online yesterday, I got a confirmation email and suddenly the application disappeared from the list of my submitted applications.

I have called CIC today and the agent said that BOWP is not done online only by mail. I checked their website to see where it is stated but I couldn't find any.

anyone please have useful information regarding this and how can I submit my application by mail?

Also how can i request for a refund of my CAD255 i have paid online?

I have read all the instructions on the site, but I did not see where it said I have to apply by mail. If there is anywhere it says so, please I would like to see the details of where to send my mail application to.

N.B: I have submitted my PR application under the CEC class, I have received an AOR.
