Is birth certificate required to apply for visa ?

Hello

Please tell me that if birth ctf is required to apply for visa file ?
I have all my documents and proofs of identity except birth ctf.
Is it reqiired ?

Very necessary. If u do not have it get sworn affidavit in lieu of it.

If you are applying from India then as per my knowledge no birth certificate and not any address proof is needed except your passport.

For Indians no need of birth certificate as ur date of birth is also mentioned on the passport

Go ahead with your application! It's not required. Just stick to the checklist of SPP/Generic/Univ whichever applies to you. And give only what's mentioned. Additional documents will do no good.
