Is Bank statement necessary if someone gets guaranteed stipend???

I have been given a guaranteed stipend of $18000, on the other hand the annual fee for my course is around $4000. Do I need to show available funds (the living expenses and tuition fee) through bank statement.???

All you need to submit a Documented proof for the Stipend you are awarded.

No B.S is required if such a an amount is been owed to you.

But make sure, this amount will be deposited your account before you reach Canada.
