Is Australia or Canada easier for immmigration?

Hi my question is, for a students, If I study in Canada/Australia.

In which country do I have a larger chance of being granted permanent residence after/while studying?

In which country is the attitude from employers towards foreign applicants better?

I'm talking about doing an undergraduate degree in Software Eng./Computer Science.
