Is Arya Samaaj Marriage valid ?? Pls suggest

After marathon of thoughts , I came to the conclusion of getting married through arya samaaj mandir.It will be done as per hindu rituals and they will issue the certificate based on which I can go for marraige registration.

Pls suggest if this form of marraige and related documents stands valid with CIC.

I have to add my spouse to the existing application of PR.

Please suggest and share your views on this.

Get your marriage registration done and get the marriage certificate.

Sorry i tried to answer half of your question. you can get married through arya samaaj mandir and with that certificate and other details like 1.Birth certificate 2. photos 3.address proof you can get your marriage registration done. for PR application send only the Marriage Registration certificate nothing else. I too have submitted only marriage registration certificate and its accepted by CIC per gcms notes.

is the birth certificate is in other than english then you need to get it translated by authorized translators and no need for notarization. if it is in english then nothing required just submit copy of that birth certificate.
