hi all
i have an invitation from the waterloo university to work as a visiting research assistant for six months starting april 2014
Some paper work both in my country and in canada will make my applying to the visa will not be before mid february 2014
my questions:
1-do i apply for a visit visa or a work permit?
2-if i applied for a visit visa it will take only 33 days in my country to be issued which will be suitable for the travel date, but then can my daughter 5 years old attend public school for those 6 months?
3-if she cant attend school due to my visa type, can the issuing time be accelerated on demand so as to apply for a work permit that normally takes 3 months to be issued in my country (EGYPT)?
