Hello,

I'm sponsoring my parents, who live in Israel.
Recently, our papers were transferred to the TA office, and my parents received some document requests. Some requests are not clear:

1. Medical examination -
We listed my mother as a primary applicant, and my father as an accompanying family member. However, we only received one Medical exam form. Is it a mistake?
I think both of them should provide those forms, but the form that we received is pre-filled with my mother's personal information.

2. Police certificate -
Where should they request it? Any police station? Misrad ha-Pnim?

Thank you!

They can request the police certificate at any police station and not the interior ministry. They must have their valid passport when requesting it so the officer can fill up their exact English spelling information.

Also it's NOT handed directly to the applicant, it will be sent from the police station directly to the embassy electronically. But they MUST tell the police officer that it's for the Canadian embassy and not the Israeli embassy abroad.

As for the medicals, i think he will receive it shortly or he can go to the embassy and request it himself. It might work.
