Is anyone here working in US and Canada both ?

I have an open work permit and a H1B.
I am currently working 2 jobs.
1 for a US client, 1 for canadian on W2 and T4 respectively.
Am I breaking any rules ?
if not, what are the things I should be cautious about and how should I handle my taxes ?
