Is Anyone having issues uploading the IMM5710 this week.

Hello All:

For the last 5 days, I have been trying to upload the IMM5710. I tried everything. I mean everything. Chrome, Internet Explorer. I did not scan, print and save but the system keeps saying error do not scan and print. I have six days left. I'm applying for BOWP. I'm considering going to the border but some people here say you can't get BOWP at the border. I'm afraid to send it by paper because it takes 4 months and Canada post might not get my documents there in time.

What is the full and exact error? How are you doing the file?

Save it as a PDF and open it with adobe reader. Sometimes forms do this. I went through the same thing with a few forms

The issue isnt downloading the form. Its uploading.

In our case, this was caused by the PDF that cannot be verified because IRCC's digital certificate is invalid for some reason. We have to use another computer.

who knows I'm having the same issue now, 5 years after the original post. I believe you guys must have already solved it, so anyone could give me a hint on how to solve it plz
