Situations where someone has been asked to submit medical records or police records are not that common. If you search the site, you'll find some older posts where police records were required. To the best of my knowledge, none of these were processing in 72 hours. If I remember correctly, all of them took at least a couple of weeks. However the process was also newer then - so things may be speeding up.
