Is anyone else having trouble with Webform right now?

I've been trying to upload a document for two days with no success. I fill out the required information, and when I click "next" to go to the next page to upload the document, it does nothing. I filled out a technical request 2 weeks ago because I still don't have the ability to upload documents to my GCKey account, and just got an answer today which did nothing but send me to Help Centre links that I already read (one of which was to send a webform for tech assistance ). Anyone else having issues?

I did. 3 different ones. None of them will load the complete form. I tried on my phone, which will allow me to load and complete the form, but then says that when I upload the document (page by page) that the file size is too big. I'm frustrated enough to just mail this in at this point.

I tried with Mozilla browser and have no problem.

If your files are too large e.g., PDF docs, you may have to consider converting the file to another format e.g., JPEG.

Each file must not be more than 2MB and Total for all files must not exceed 3.5MB.

You may consider sending one file at a time......OR send multiple files but ensure the Total each time does not exceed 3.5MB.

• Files must be 2 MB or smaller. If you include multiple files, the total size must be 3.5 MB or smaller.
• We only accept files in PDF, JPEG, TIFF, DOC, or DOCX formats.
