Since VFS is closed in India and Bangladesh and it is open in Pakistan. So, I am curious to know, any of our Pakistani brothers or sisters getting full approval or not? I believe, you people were able to provide biometric.
Is any Pakistani student getting full approval or PPR request after 10/20?

No request/update so far. Last update was medical passed on Oct 18th.

In India VFS has started taking passport via courier. But in Bangladesh, it's doing nothing. It's really frustrating you know.
I hope it starts there soon as well. There's a big number in india so they've to.. still i see many who aren't done with biometrics are waiting for vfs to open.
We haven't got any update from High Commission of Canada in Bangladesh or VFS regarding VFS opening. Don't think, it's gonna open anytime soon.

Things are pretty much under control in Pakistan as far as COVID is concerned. I think that’s a biggest factor that VACs are operating in Pakistan.
They gave AIP to everyone regardless their intake whoever applys before September 15. Even I have seen some got AIP even after applying September 15.

Believe me Bangladesh is also in much better shape. Everything is back to normal. Every visa office of other countries are open. Everything is open. Only VAC is closed.
This is the main reason we are frustrated. We don't have high rate, our recovery rate is so high at the same time new infection rate is low.
The problem is, Bangladesh and India's VFS are under Singapore IRCC. They are deciding it. Your one is under Abu Dhabi. That's the main reason, it's open in Pakistan.
